Attention Show Managers!
Here is a website that includes dates & information on horse shows throughout the country. Your show can now have its own web page without all the associated cost & work! Having this option for your show exhibitors, trainers, and owners will be a unique service to them.
All of the shows that have been listed this past year, including the Futurity Festival Show & the Madison Classic had great response to the downloadable entry blanks and nomination forms. You can give users the web site path, and they can immediately download whatever they need. This will help reduce costs of mailings for your show, plus help the timeliness of receiving entries.
The cost of this will be based on the content of your show's web page. If you register your show with us, the show's page will automatically include information about the show, including the dates, official list, location, judges, entry deadline, a downloadable prize list, and a downloadable entry blank. There are also many optional items & information such as hotel info, a listing of divisions, member associations, or a photograph or logo of your choice. A show map and/or show logo can even be used as a photograph. There are many possibilities!
The rate for each show's page is quoted on a per-show basis, including a one-time set-up fee. The information can be made available at anytime before the show and will remain on the site one month after the show is over. This includes all information listed above.
Please note that prize lists and entry blanks must be supplied in .pdf format. All logos must be in .jpeg or .gif format. All information must be supplied electronically, such as a Word or text file.
